Série Super Robot Wars je známá jako takticko-strategická akční hra (už to zní divně, ale hlavně že obsahuje obří mechy!), nicméně nejnovější díl s podtitulem UX obsahuje zajímavý stahovatelný přídavek: puzzle-mapy, za jejichž vyřešení hráči dostanou herní peníze, upgrady a další předměty. Hratelnost bude stejná jako v hlavní hře, nicméně navíc bude zapotřebí „mapu vyřešit“. Více byste měli pochopit z výše přiloženého traileru.
